Group Booking FAQs

All Group Bookings must be secured with a single credit card for both reservation and final payment.
Classic Weekday: Required 20% gratuity is added to your total. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment.
Classic Weekend: Required 20% gratuity and 20% administrative fee is added to your total. Payment is taken 7 days prior to your group appointment.
Premium: Premium Groups are subject to a minimum services spend of $500, plus fees and gratuity; if your group services total is less than $500 (excluding gratuity, fees, products, gift cards, or taxes), you will be charged the $500 services minimum. Required 20% gratuity and 20% administrative fee is added to your total. Payment is taken 7 days prior to your group appointment. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining balance is charged 7 days prior to your booking.

Classic Weekday: Subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any individual group guest who cancels or downgrades any service within 48 hours of the appointment, or who does not show up to the appointment, or who arrives too late to be accommodated, will be charged in full for the reserved services to the credit card on file.
Classic Weekend + Premium: Subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. Any individual group guest who cancels or downgrades any service within 7 days of the appointment, or who does not show up to the appointment, or who arrives too late to be accommodated, will be charged in full for the reserved services to the credit card on file. Upgrades made to the appointment within the 7-day cancellation window are subject to availability, and the cost of the upgrade plus gratuity and fees will be charged at the time of the upgrade.

Marlowe provides guests with one complimentary beverage (sparkling wine, hot tea, or water).
Due to state laws, any food or drink items you would like to bring in must receive Marlowe approval prior to your booking. Marlowe does not permit any hot catering or dark food/dark liquids (chocolate cakes, red wine, etc).

Group Bookings are non-exclusive, which means that other clients may book appointments before, during, or after your Group Booking. If you are interested in exclusive use of our store, please check out our Party options or contact us for Buyout details.
