New at Marlowe!
What an unprecedented moment in all of our lives! When the music stopped in March and we temporarily closed our salon, it felt like the end of the world. Marlowe had been on an extraordinary trajectory with exciting expansion plans in the works ... and then it all came to a halt. In a single day, our incredible team of 18 employees had their livelihoods suspended, and our 100% services-based business had no passive revenue streams during our temporary closure. Time to pack up and say goodbye? NO WAY.
I started Marlowe to be a positive force in the nail care industry, and I will not abandon that mission. Since closing, Laura and I have worked around the clock to introduce an online shop, so we can continue to provide mani care experiences at home for our customers! Pivoting the business in this way--and on SUCH a short timeline (with two babies crawling across my desk at all times, BTW)--has been thrilling, and we're proud to join the cohort of small businesses across America reimagining their futures and forging a way through.
Because we're all in this together.
Mani thanks for your support over the past two years. We hope to be able to continue to serve you.
xx Rebecca
